Pina Colada Smoothie
(1 serving) Printable Version
- 1/2 cup non-fat coconut frozen yogurt
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 or 3 ice cubes
How To Make A Pina Colada Smoothie
Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse until smooth. This makes one pretty large serving or two smaller ones.
Healthy and tasty with banana, pineapple and coconut yogurt. Works with vanilla yogurt too.
