Simple Buttery Scrambled Eggs
(2 servings) Printable Version
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons butter (no margarine please)
- pinch of salt
- fresh ground pepper to taste (I prefer more than enough)
This recipe makes 1 large serving (that's what I do) or 2 normal servings for people more sensible than I am.
