Baked Eggs With Cheese
(4 servings) Printable Version
- 4 large eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups grated sharp cheese
- 2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire
Beat the eggs until light. Add remainder of ingredients in the order given. Mix well. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Set in pan of water. Bake until firm, about 50 minutes to an hour.
Garnish with additional parsley. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

The bread crumbs are an interesting touch. It's like other baked egg casseroles I've made, but the texture is firmer. It's good.
