Frankfurter Scrambled Eggs

- 1 frankfurter
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1 Tablespoon butter
Break eggs into a bowl. Add milk and beat with a fork.
Add frankfurter slices to eggs and beat with a fork.
Melt the butter in a fry pan over medium heat. Tilt the pan so that the pan is covered with melted butter. Lower the heat.
Pour in the eggs. Cook slowly, turning the eggs with a spatula as the eggs start to set at the bottom of the pan. Eggs should not be moist or shiny looking.
Turn off heat and serve eggs on a plate. Add salt and pepper.
