A very basic pancake mix that you can put in a jar and gift to friends. I can almost guarantee that you have all the ingredients already.

It was really good. I did not change a thing. At first I thought they weren't going to turn out very good because the batter looked so runny but they were very fluffy!

Hey - good recipe, we added a little less milk and they came out lovely and fluffy, much nicer than the traditional pancake recipe of New Zealand, flat and tasteless! These were so yum, my 3 year old has just polished off the last one, cheers.

This is great. Did not do as a gift. Just made to have pancake mix around the house. Is easy. Tasty.
