Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Cobbler

  • 1 pound of Daddy Cakes Sinful Cinnamon Pancake & Waffle Mix (or similar mix)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 and 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
  • approx 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 Fiji Apples
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a mixing bowl, mix together Daddy Cakes Sinful Cinnamon Mix (or similar mix) with eggs, oil, and water. Set aside.

In the 9 x 13 baking dish, pour 1 cup of pure maple syrup and combine with your 1/2 cup of melted butter.

Peel, core, and thinly slice your apples and place apple slices in mixture of syrup and butter in baking dish. Sprinkle Cinnamon over apple slices. Pour the baking mix batter evenly over the top.

Bake in oven at 350 for approximately 40 minutes or until the cake is done.


A standard pancake mix is the base for this cinnamon apple coffee cake cobbler. Maple syrup adds sweetness and warmth.
