Eggs Bravo

- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 and 3/4 cups milk
- 4 ounces Velveeta processed cheese
- 1 and 1/2 cup cooked ham - diced
- 1/4 cup green onion - chopped
- 1/4 cup black olive slices
- 4 hard-boiled eggs - chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- English muffins or toast - for serving
Stir in the Velveeta until melted. Add all remaining ingredients cook 3 more minutes or until fully heated through - stirring occasionally.
Serve warm over toasted English muffin halves or toast.
This is a recipe for a topping for English muffins or toast. It's a big favorite in the Midwest. Once you try it, you'll wanna try it again and again. Delicious!
