Protein Delight Scramble
(1 serving) Printable Version
- 3/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 2 vegetarian-meat sausage links
- 1/2 cup part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Microwave 2 vegetarian sausage links on high for 1 minute 15 seconds. Remove from microwave. Chop sausage into small pieces. Add to eggs and cheese. Stir/mix.
Enjoy.
A filling, delicious breakfast with only 330 calories.

This breakfast tastes amazing and is low in calories. It is also quite satisfying! Best of all, this recipe only took me about 5 minutes to complete. If you workout in the morning, this is the perfect breakfast to eat afterword to help build muscle. GREAT GREAT GREAT!!
