A Great recipe - we've loved it for over a year now. Grind and dry in oven - after you've baked it, put it through a food processor - it will now be in little pieces - spread that out on a cookie sheet and dry it in the oven until it is crispy (this removes the moisture and makes it crunchy).
I'm wondering if this could be done with cocoa - to make it chocolaty - maybe using chocolate syrup instead of molasses?
