Whipped Cream Waffles
(4 servings) Printable Version
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2/3 cup sifted flour
- 2 eggs (separate yolks and whites)
- few grains of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
In separate bowl, whip cream until stiff. Fold in flour, salt and baking powder. Add beaten egg yolks. Add beaten egg whites. Stir until just combined.
Bake in hot waffle iron.
I like to top it with berries and homemade ice cream. Enjoy!

It was really dry and I almost choked on the first bite. Even the syrup dried up.
