Blini With Sour Cream & Caviar

- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1 envelope granulated yeast
- 1 and 1/2 cups lukewarm milk
- 3 egg yolks - well beaten
- 3 egg whites - stiffly beaten
- 6 Tablespoon butter - melted
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- sour cream
- red caviar
Bake on hot griddle, making pancakes about 4 inches in diameter. Yield is about 18 pancakes. Serve with sour cream and red caviar.
