- 1 banana
- 2 Tablespoons fat free frozen yogurt (natural)
- 1 Tablespoon honey or agave syrup
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 slice pineapple (optional)
This is super healthy and full of goodness for the whole family to enjoy and it's delicious!
