Roasted Banana Oatmeal

- 1/2 banana (roasted)
- 1/2 cup plain Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- cinnamon
- 2 TBS ground flax seed (optional)
Mix oatmeal and almond milk in a microwave safe bowl. Cook in microwave 1:30, stir, cook another 1:00, stir, and cook 30 seconds,stir.
Mash banana into oatmeal. Add flax seed. Sprinkle with more cinnamon. Serve
This is a great filling breakfast. Roasting the bananas brings out the sweet flavor, so you don't miss adding sugar.

I haven't tried this specifically but I mash a banana and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Absolutely delicious especially if you add some blueberries and mash them with it!
