Sesame Oatmeal
(1 serving) Printable Version
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- a sprinkle of flax seeds
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 dash sesame oil
- fresh cracked pepper - to taste
I prefer savory oatmeal over sweet for breakfast, and I am always trying new stir-ins. This is one I came up with that I like a lot.
