Sautéed Roast Beef Hash

- 1 cup leftover cubed roast beef
- 1 cup cubed boiled potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Note: You could also use leftover baked potato but the resulting hash will have more of a flat consistency.

This recipe is from the April 1978 issue of Ebony Magazine and an article called "Singles Cookery" which recommends that "you can cook up enough extra food to freeze or to create a different meal the next day or next week."
Use leftover roast beef and potatoes to create a tasty, meaty breakfast side dish. Vintage recipe from 1978.
