Wolowe Oczy (Bull's-Eye Eggs)

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices Vienna bread
  • butter
  • cream
Remove centers from bread slices and saute crusts in butter. Cover bottom of baking pan with a thin layer of cream. Arrange bread crusts.

Drop an egg into each crust. Season. Pour a teaspoon of cream on each egg and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
