Prune Breakfast Parfait
(3 servings) Printable Version
- 1 and 1/3 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup (6 ounces) pitted prunes - chopped
- 1 and 1/2 cups natural wheat and barely cereal
- 1 pint plain nonfat yogurt
- 4 pitted prunes for garnish
Top with 2 Tablespoons cereal and garnish with a prune. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 4 hours.
This prune and applesauce breakfast parfait will help keep you feeling full... and regular. If desired, use a flavored yogurt. Vanilla works great.
