Fluffy Gingerbread Pancakes
(6 servings) Printable Version
- 2 and 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 3/4 cup apple butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 large eggs
Cook until edges are dry. Turn, cook until golden brown.
Serve with butter and favorite syrup.
This recipe takes a store-bought baking mix and turns it into delightful pancakes with a flavor of the holidays. Secret ingredient: apple butter.

Does anyone have a similar recipe that doesn't start out with Bisquick? I'm in Sweden, we don't have bisquick here. :-(

They were really good! It tasted more like cheese than pancake. I might put a bit of sugar in them next time.
