Cinnamon Maple Butter

- 1 pound (4 sticks) unsalted butter -- softened
- 1/4 cup grade pure maple syrup (no Mrs Butterworth or Aunt Jamima)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
After you have this on your toast or waffles, try it for dinner on a baked potato. Seriously! You'll love it.
