Mince Paratha

- 2 cups plain white flour
- 1 cup chicken/beef mince
- 3 Tablespoons chopped shillots
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon whole corriander seeds
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
- salt to taste
- 3 Tablespoons yogurt
- butter or olive oil
Knead it for 3 minutes or u can use the Dough making machine. Divide the Flour into two equal parts and roll each part into a circle, or square. Keep dusting it so it doesnt sticks at the base. Your rolled dough sheets should be around 1 cm thick.
Now leave the sheets for some time and move on to mince. Take a pan, and add some cooking oil. Add the shillots, corriander seeds, chilli powder and then mince. Cook for 4 minutes and then add 3 Tbsp of yougurt and cook it for further 2 minutes or medium heat.
Now add the fresh chopped corriander and turn off the heat. Spread the mince over one layer of rolled sheets and cover it with the other rolled sheet. Join the edges using a fork head or just ur finger tips. Now take a frying pan and heat some olive oil, Slide the Bread into it and cook from both sides until nice brown.
Serve with Yogurt or Tomato Sauce.
From India. Mince refers to minced meat. In this recipe, it is chicken and/or beef. In India it would most likely be goat or mutton. Paratha is an Indian unlevened griddle bread which resembles a thick tortilla.
