Banana Almond Crush
(3 servings) Printable Version
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup plain organic yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon raw honey
- 1/3 cup raw almonds
- 1 dash nutmeg
Add remaining ingredients and continue blending until you get a smooth consistency.
Top each serving with an extra dash of nutmeg.
You'll be surprised how great the crushed almonds taste in a smoothie. At least, I sure was. Keeps me full longer too.

A bit of a disappointment. I just didn't like it as much as other smoothies I make.
