Turkey Hash

(6 servings)    Printable Version

  • 1 and 1/2 cups cooked turkey -- shredded
  • 1/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 3/4 cup turkey gravy
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper -- to taste
In a large skillet, saute all the vegitable together in butter until they become limp. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, about 15 to 20 minutes, or until gravy is mostly absorbed.


I know what you're about to say. Where's the potatoes? I tried it with and without. I think I used about a half cup of frozen hashbrow potatoes. I just liked it better without. See what you think.
