Ironman Omlette

- 4 Egg Beaters (1 cup)

1 Egg (Whole)

3 ounces fresh turkey breast
-
1/3 cup of tomatoes - finely sliced
-
1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
-
1 Tablespoon oregano
-
pinch of salt & pepper
In a blender, add the oregano, salt, cream of tartar, pepper, and egg beaters and crank all the way up to high for about 20 seconds.
Finely dice the turkey breast into very thin strips or blend finely, then add the tomatoes to this.
Place the beater mix in a pan and crack the whole egg and fold in. After about 30 seconds, add the tomatoes and turkey mix and cook until golden brown using omelette technique.
This recipe is used by a lot of heavy lifters and body builders i know, contains essential fat from the whole egg, with extra lean turkey breast packing additional protein and tomatoes are perfect for taste and texture. The total calories hover around 240, and is delicious.
