I liked this as a kid and I still love it today. I know some people will think it's weird, but I think you'll like it if you try it.

Pretty nasty. I ended up throwing it away. The peanut butter and cheese just isn't a good mix. Way to confusing for the taste buds.

LOL! Wow, the arrogance bleeds from every word, RealTalk101. If you don't want to try it, then don't. If you do, bite the bullet and spend the 15 minutes it would take to get it together. There is no food everyone agrees on.

Interesting recipe, though the cheese and peanut butter together made it too thick and creamy for me. It was tasty, though.

Before I take into consideration actually making this dish, I want to know if the weight of those who commented on how delicious it is. Fat people will eat anything with flavor. Thank you.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and mix. The heat from the butter will slowly mix the two. Add 1/4 cup shredded cheese and mix. Add two palm fulls of bacon bits. Start cooking the eggs. Once they are partially solid, add the mix. Fold the egg.

The mix of flavors and textures is pleasantly confusing and worth trying but this recipe wasn't a keeper for me. The cheese, egg, and peanut butter is very sharp when combined and I couldn't finish eating the omelet.

Sounds good except for the peanut butter. I will add cheese and spinach I think. But no peanut butter.

Try using 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, I used 2 strips of cooked bacon bits (real), and 2 tbsp of PB. It was great. I started cooking the omelet, then once it was hard enough to flip, flip it over and get ready to mix, then as soon as I could I put the mix onto the omelet and folded it over. Turned out GREAT! I would like a more specific one next time.

When does the cheese go? How much peanut butter? How much bacon bits? How much eggs?

Is this serious? It sounds intriguing... I've used peanut butter before in Thai food... but never would have thought to use in omelet. Let me know if you make this... I want to try... I just don't want to go first.
