Crepes ala Blender

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
Blenderize well (may need to be done in two batches (or mix thoroughly). Refrigerate a few hours or as long as possible.
Mix again.

Melt butter in pan. Add mix in until golden. Flip. Count to 20 to 30.

Allow to cool before wrapping flat in wax paper.

Add toppings.

Toppings can be strawberries and whipping cream, cinnamon and sugar, chocolate chips, lemon juice and icing sugar or much more.


Enjoy these easy to make crepes! The batter should be thin, like heavy cream. Add more milk if necessary.

I halved the recipe and it was plenty for 6 of us. I added just a little more milk to make the batter thinner right before cooking. It was okay. There's much better recipe on this site called "How To Make A Basic Crepe". I thought this was the one, but it's different. This recipe is only okay. The other one is the best one. It's under the "crepes" section and was the most popular one for crepes when I checked a few minutes ago.

These crepe are delicious. My new favorite. I like them best with chocolate chips.
