I purchase the Shop Rite raisin bran brand, and believe it is the same product as Kellogg's. Same taste and texture. Possibly Kellogg's makes it for Shop Rite. I have tried many and all raisin brands, and this is the only one I like.

The best cereal I've ever eaten, and I've eaten lots. I can eat it with or without milk, which is the ultimate criteria for a good cereal in my book.

I do not normally enjoy raisins but they go extremely well with bran cereal. The sweetness of them is balanced out by the fiber filled bran flakes and gives an amazing flavor. Raisin Bran is filling and satisfying.

Pixie, Dixie, and Mr. Jinks were mascots for this cereal in the early 1960's. Incidentally, the raisins weren't sugar-coated yet.

The very definition of breakfast cereal. Crunchy, fruity, sweet, but not too sweet, and flakes that don't immediately go soggy. Fantastic flavor. Still taste the way they did 40 years ago.

Raisin Bran cereal is great ... when I eat just the bran flakes. I don't care much for anything other than a little sugar in my cereal, so I often pick out the raisins and eat those separately. I know a lot of people will say, "Just buy plain bran flakes then", but there's great-tasting bran in this cereal that I don't really taste in other plain bran cereals from other companies. This is one of those that the store brand can't compare to. Much more raisins than any other brand. Don't care for the crunchy version though.
