The label on the front of this cereal's clear plastic package describes the product in detail and also gives a short lesson on the origins of muesli:
"Originally developed in the late 1800's by a Swiss nutritionist, Muesli is a delightful cereal made from a blend of whole grains, dried fruit, nuts and seeds. Bob's Red Mill is dedicated to providing a highly nutritious whole grain cereal that's very tasty, so we've combined whole grain oats, wheat, rye, triticale and barley, along with sweet and chewy dates and raisins, sunflower seeds, almonds and walnuts for a high energy muesli you're sure to love."
For those who might not know, triticale is hybrid of wheat and rye that was originally bred in Scotland and Sweden.

This cereal gets my vote for the greatest cereal ever. Take oatmeal up a notch with nuts and fruit - they are included in this all-in-one meal.
