This cereal had "no artificial preservative, flavors or colors... 9g fiber per serving... (and was an) excellent source of whole grain." This first three ingredients listed on the nutrition panel were whole wheat flour, evaporated cane juice and wheat bran. It also contained flax seed and oat bran. It was available in a box and a bagged package.
