Introduced in 2004


ImmuneWise Cereal from Health Valley was described on the box as containing "antioxidants to promote a healthy immune system". The antioxidants listed on the box included 100% Vitamin C, 100 % Vitamin E and 50% Selenium. It also contained Celestial Seasonings brand green tea extract.

The connection between this Health Valley cereal and Celestial Seasonings tea is due to the fact that both brands are divisions of The Hain Celestial Group.

The cereal itself was combination of Cheerios-esque oat loops, Wheaties-style wheat flakes and dried blueberries.

When the cereal was introduced in 2004, Health Valley also debuted BoneWise cereal. The pair were referred to as "functional cereals" in corporate press releases.
