Nothing is healthier for breakfast buckwheat maple flakes has it all in one box - great source of fiber - tastes rich and crunchy. Gives extra energy in the morning that lasts. The maple touch is to die for. I have been eating buckwheat cereal for months and wouldn't be without it. Only problem it is hard to find at health food stores still. Please shelf it at nature's finest health food store in St. Petersburg, Florida.
