The front of the box describes this chocolate cereal as a "lightly sweetened whole-grain wheat cereal" and proclaims that it's "made with 100% whole grain", that it's an "excellent source of fiber" and that "each piece is nearly have the size!" (of Kellogg's Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size cereal).

The back of the box gives a more in-depth description:

It's good. The flavor kind of reminds me of Coco Wheats but in a cold cereal.
