This cereal is comprised of whole grain flakes and a "medley" of walnuts, almonds and pecans. As you might suspect, Maple Nut Medley is sweetened with maple syrup. According to the company, "The nut and grain combination - added with the unmistakable taste of maple syrup - will bring a little sweetness to your morning."
