Boxes of this bargain-priced cereal declared, "Betcha Can't Taste The Difference - Compare with Kellogg's Corn Flakes." Malt-O-Meal's website described the cereal as "crisp, wholesome cereal flakes made of corn and dusted with irresistible sweetness." They also produced a cereal called Chocolate Frosted Flakes.
Company Description: The Malt-O-Meal Company dates back to 1919 when John S. Campbell developed a hot wheat breakfast cereal he called Malt-O-Meal. The company officially adopted the name The Malt-O-Meal Company in 1953.
