I loved this cereal when I was pregnant in early 2011. In the early weeks, it really helped me conquer the throes of morning sickness if I had a bowl first thing when I got up in the morning - probably due to the high sugar content and overall heartiness. I bought another box just last week and had some recently - it still tastes fine, but not as good as I remember it being when I was pregnant!

It's a good cereal but it's hard to chew. I found it at Walmart.
