The front of the box described this cereal in June of 2010 as a "naturally flavored cinnamon whole grain oat cereal."
On the side panel, it was noted that the cereal contained, "35% of your daily fiber + antioxidant vitamins C and E + 16g of whole grains."
The back panel, titled "Treat Yourself to Better Nutrition," offered the following description of the cereal: "Adding fiber to your diet is a real treat with lightly sweetened, crunchy whole-grain oat cereal dusted with cinnamon, PLUS beneficial fiber and antioxidant vitamins C and E. Enjoy every scrumptious bite!"

I have tried every fiber rich cereal and this one is by far the best tasting.
