The complete name of this cereal is Total Plus+ Omega-3s Honey Almond Flax. It was described on the front of the box as "whole grain flakes with flax clusters and almonds." The back of the cereal box in June of 2010 gave the following description:

"Now with 10% daily value omega-3s. All the nutrition of Total PLUS omega-3s from natural flax.

"Omega-3s play an important role in helping maintain a healthy body.

"Provides a good source of omega-3 ALA from ground flaxseed, a natural source of this essential nutrient.

"Crunchy and delicious, it's a great way to start your day - every day!"
