This cereal is described on the box as a "whole grain wheat and rice flakes cereal with caramel and pecan flavored clusters."
According to the side panel, Caramel Pecan Crunch provides: "Great tasting nutrition... 35% of your daily fiber... antioxidant vitamins C and E... 24 grams of whole grains."
The back of the box declares this cereal to be "posi+ively delicious" and "the most exciting way to get fiber!"

Very good tasting high fiber cereal. Most people do not get enough fiber and I used to be one of them. Supplementing my fiber intake anyway possible is my goal, but it's a lot easier with something that tickles the taste buds like this cereal.
