This cereal is described on the front of the box as "organic whole wheat biscuits with filling made with real fruit." It's labeled USDA Organic and Non GMO Project Verified.
The side of the box (in early 2013) had this description:
"Discover: Concord Grapes. Together with apple, raspberry and strawberry, Concord grapes are part of what makes these tasty biscuits so very fruitful. Named after the Massachusetts town where the first of this sort were grown, Concord grapes are a longtime favorite among both kids and adults. They're characterized by their robust, aromatic flavor, and plant nutrients called polyphenols lend them their rich purple color."
The first 5 ingredients listed on the box are organic whole grain wheat, organic evaporated cane juice, organic Concord grape juice concentrate, organic invert evaporated cane juice and organic corn starch.

Like Mini-Wheats with fruity centers and just the right amount of sweetness.

This is a tasty take on Mini Wheats cereal since it's supposed to be healthy version with fruit in the center. It's not frosted, so it's not as sweet tasting as Frosted Mini Wheats. I'm a big fan of fruit in the middle Mini-Wheats. I thought this was good. My only complaint is that they use concord grapes as part of the filling, even thought blueberry and strawberry puree are used as well. But the grape taste overtakes the flavor. So it tastes more like a grape center than a mixed berry center.

I love this. It's like the Mini Wheats with the fruit in the middle, but better! And organic! It rules!
