This cereal is described on the front of the box as a "sweetened oat and wheat cereal with real honey and natural almond flavor (with) clusters made with real almond slices."

On the back of the cereal box in January 2013, the Honey Nut Cheerios Bee described the new cereal like this:

"A taste you won't bee-lieve! Listen... hear that? It's the sweet sound of Honey Nut O's, crispy flakes and clusters made with real almond slices all coming together for the perfect crunch. Add my honey and wow... what an incredible change of taste! One spoonful and new Honey Nut Cheerios Medley Crunch cereal will totally make your heart sing. So go ahead and enjoy another heart-healthy way to start your day."

The first 2 ingredients listed on the side panel are whole grain oats and sugar.

I tried this and thought it was pretty good. The flakes almost had a Buc Wheats flavor to them.

I find it a bit too sweet for breakfast and it wasn't my favorite taste. I much prefer Multigrain Cheerios!
