Introduced in 2013
The complete name of this limited edition cereal is "DreamWorks Turbo Racing Team". It's described on the front of the box as a "Strawberry Cereal... Sweetened Rice Cereal with Marshmallows... Naturally Flavored with other Natural Flavor."
The character on the front of the box is Turbo, a snail whose dreams of being a great racer become becomes his reality after a freak accident. He's the lead character in the 2013 Summer animated film Turbo from DreamWorks Animation. In the movie, the charter of Turbo is voiced by actor Ryan Reynolds.
The cereal is comprised of colorful Rice Krispies style pieces and rather nondescript white marshmallows. The cereal is actually similar in appearance to a previous, since-discontinued cereal from Post called Fiesta Fruity Pebbles.
Upon it's release in the summer of 2013, Turbo cereal offered a coupon to "Save $1.00 on DreamWorks Mattel Turbo Racing Team Shell Racers Vehicles... Plus Free Turbo Downloads."
At the time this cereal was produced, Kellogg's offered DreamWorks Turbo Racing Team Assorted Fruit Flavored Snacks (pictured below with the Post cereal).

My grandson enjoyed one box and continues to ask if I have bought more. Have not been able to find it.
