The front of the box describes this cereal as a "naturally sweetened fiber twigs, soy protein grahams and honey puff cereal." The packaging declares that you will "stay full longer" and that each serving of the cereal has "11g protein, 9g fiber and low fat 1.5g".
Kashi's website in the Fall of 2013 gave this slightly more flowery description of the cereal: "Naturally sweetened fiber twigs, soy protein grahams and honey puff cereal come together in a vanilla-kissed combination that you'll dream about between each bowl."
