The complete name of this cereal is Multigrain Cheerios Dark Chocolate Crunch. It's described on the front of the box as a "sweetened chocolate flavored cereal made with whole grain". It's "made with real cocoa and 5 whole grains (and is) naturally flavored."
The back of the box describes the cereal like this:
"A world of goodness in every delicious O. Savor every single bite of dark chocolatey, 5 whole grain deliciousness. A spoonful of crunch. A bite of surprise. The perfect amount of sweet. New Multi Grain Cheerios Dark Chocolate Crunch brings together the just-right O's to deliver a whole world of goodness."
As of January 2014, the first 3 ingredients listed on the side panel were whole grain corn, sugar and clusters.
