The front of the box indicates that this cereal contains "clusters made with real juice, nutritious whole grain barley and multi grain flakes" and that it "supports healthy digestion."
The back of the box says:
"Our delicious flakes made with whole grain wheat, whole grain barley and whole grain oats are combined with our signature granola and sweetened with a hint of berry juice. With 43g of whole grains, 7g of fiber and active cultures, Great Grains Digestive Blend cereal provides whole foods from the field to your bowl, with nutritious ingredients in every bite!"
When this cereal first appeared in stores in January 2014, another Post Digest Blend Cereal was also introduced called Vanilla Graham Great Grains Digestive Blend.
