Great Grains Granola - Blueberry Flax

This cereal is described on the front of it's package as being an "excellent source of ALA Omega-3" and being "Non GMO Project Verified". The way the cereal is displayed in the graphics alludes that it would be good mixed with yogurt and strawberries.
The back of the package shows images of whole oats, blueberries and flax. Text reads: "Experience delicious and wholesome Blueberry Flax Great Grains Granola anytime, anywhere! A tasty combination of blueberries, flax and oats packs a nutritious punch of whole grains and natural fiber. Great Grains Granola is terrific on its own or as a wholesome tasty topping!"
The first 6 ingredients listed are whole grain rolled oats, milled cane sugar, canola oil, rice flour, flax seed and honey.
