Chex Clusters
Introduced in 2015
This cereal first appeared in stores in June 2015. According to the Chex website, the complete name of this product is Gluten Free Fruit & Oats Chex Clusters. The front of the box declares that it is "gluten free (with) no colors from artificial sources (with) no artificial flavors (and) no high fructose corn syrup." The cereal looks like traditional Rice Chex pieces with small clusters of oats, cripy rice and fruit pieces.
The back of the box describes the cereal like this: "It's the simple things that make life more enjoyable. Our new Chex Clusters stay true to that simple truth by keeping everything you love about Chex and simply adding a few more wholesome ingredients. With real fruit pieces, rice crisps and rolled oats clustered together, every spoonful is loaded with flavorful crunch. It's a simply wonderful way to start your day."
The first 8 ingredients listed on the nutrition panel are whole grain rice, sugar, rice, whole grain oats, dried apple, honey, rice flour and corn syrup.
The following images were Tweeted by Chex with the caption "meet a new member of the family:"

This cereal is my favorite of all the gluten free choices. I love it! It stays crispy in milk until I'm finished eating it. The best! Please someone let me know where I can order this cereal online. Thank you!

Good cereal to make a part of a cereal mix when trying to reduce sugar intake. Very good combination.

It's a tasty cereal, but I thought the fruit pieces were very sticky when eating them. It is also is very high in sugar, yet doesn't taste overly sweet. If you like cereal with dried fruit, it's worth a try.

Does anyone know of any snack mix recipes using this flavor of Chex?

Are the oats certified gluten free? If not, the labeling of this cereal as "gluten-free" is very misleading.
