The complete name of this cereal is Frosted S'mores Bites Shredded Wheat. It's described on the front of the box as being "made with whole grain wheat (and) no synthetic colors" and "bursting with chocolate chips!"

The back of the box describes it like this: "Tasty twist on the original. Enjoy the toasty taste of your favorite campfire treat in every Post Shredded Wheat Frosted S'mores Bites cereal! The wholesomeness of shredded wheat biscuits combined with delicious s'mores frosting and a burst of real chocolate in the middle."

The ingredients listed on the nutritional panel are whole grain wheat, sugar, chocolate chips, gelatin, natural and artificial flavor, freshness preserved with vitamin E, and a smattering of other vitamins and minerals.

Each 23 biscuit serving has 210 calories, 2 grams total fat (1 gram saturated and 0 grams trans), 0 mg cholesterol, 5 mg sodium, 49 grams total carbs, 6 grams dietary fiber, 14 grams sugar and 5 grams protein.





Short Review By Mr Breakfast: This is a solid cereal with decent flavor. I wished there was a little more chocolate. The texture is a little funny as the the frosting stays firm as the rest of the biscuit softens in milk. But overall, I enjoyed the box I tried.

I love this cereal! Like, super obsessed and all of a sudden all the grocery stores around me have stopped carrying it. I can't find it anywhere and can't even get in online! I need to find it because its absolutely wonderful.
