This cereal is described on the box as a "spoon size cereal" that is "made with whole grain" that is "naturally & artificially flavored" and is an "excellent source of fiber." It's essentially traditional Post spoon-sized shredded wheat biscuits with a pink and white strawberry flavored frosting.





The ingredients listed on the nutrition panel are whole grain wheat, sugar, contains 2% or less of: natural and artificial flavor, gelatin, red 40, blue 1, BHT (to preserve freshness). Plus a smattering of vitamins and minerals.





Around the same time this cereal was introduced, Post also came out with Frosted Shredded Wheat Chocolate Strawberry Cereal which was similar except that the shredded wheat biscuits were chocolate brown and filled with chocolate chips.
