As of early 2019, this Cap'n Crunch cereal seemed to only be available in a 34 ounce mega bag. It's described on the front of the package as a "naturally and artificial flavored sweetened corn and oat cereal." The cereal pieces are a combination of tan Cheerios-esque loops and round red pieces known in the world of Cap'n Crunch as crunch berries.
The cereal is described on the official Cap'n Crunch website like this: "Who's got that delicious berry Crunch? Why, Cap'n Crunch’s Strawberry Shortcake Crunch of course! The yummy and fun berry and vanilla cake flavors will be sure to keep your taste buds happy."
The first 12 ingredients listed on the nutrition panel are corn flour, sugar, oat flour, brown sugar, palm and/or coconut oil, salt, sodium citrate, natural and artificial flavor, red 40, caramel color, malic acid and strawberry juice concentrate.
