The complete name of this cereal is Cap'n Crunch's Hero Crunch. It's described on the front of the box as "Red, White & Blue Berries - naturally & artificially flavored." The "berries" are the same as those found in Cap'n Crunch’s Crunch Berries cereal.
This was a 4th of July themed cereal with a red, white and blue background on the box. The front showed the Cap'n saluting with the caption, "The Cap'n Salutes You!"
This cereal was available exclusively at Dollar General Stores. The same year (2019), another 4th of July themed cereal called Cap'n Crunch’s Red, White & Blue Crunch was available at more retailers. By all accounts, the cereals were exactly the same except for their names and packaging.

Liked the cereal a lot but it was very much like Oops All Berries.
