This cereal is described on the front of the box as "crunchy wheat & rice flakes with real bananas... naturally flavored with other natural flavors." A promo for the cereal from Kellogg's stated, "Real Bananas... You can't fake the taste of real fruit. Pour a bowl of NEW Special K Banana for a really delicious breakfast."

The ingredients listed on the nutrition panel are whole grain wheat, rice, sugar, banana chips, wheat bran, contains 2% or less of salt, malt flavor, brown sugar syrup, natural flavors and a smattering of vitamins and minerals.

I bought a box of the new Kellogg's Special K made with real Bananas. It is delicious!! My only problem is: I can’t find it; because it's SOLD OUT in all the store in my area and several more towns in Alabama. Has it been taken off the shelves for some reason? Anyway! Hope not. I just can't find it lately.
